I’m April, a product photographer based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I specialise in FMCG food & beverage branded product photography and videography content covering these styles;

My photography skills have been honed intensely since I first picked up a camera in 2020. Within 6 months I knew it was my future. Every minute of the creative process, from pre-production (planning), shooting and post-production (editing and retouching), requires an eye for detail and a drive for perfection which results in high quality results for my clients.

I’ve worked with a range of clients including Australian FMCG food brands, alcohol beverage brands, Sydney-based advertising agency, Reborn, as well as lots of smaller product e-commerce businesses. I’m also honoured to be working with a Sunshine Coast based video production and photography services production house, Raw Lens Media and a Sydney based food photography and digital content agency, Glaze Digital.

With a Business Management and Marketing degree, coupled with nearly 20 years of corporate business, marketing, advertising, sponsorship, communications and social media management experience, gained throughout my career with national supermarket retailer, Woolworths (amongst other businesses!), I know the value of high quality brand and product imagery and how it helps brands engage with their audience and ultimately helps them sell more!

I work with the majority of my clients remotely, from my fully equipped studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Depending on the project requirements, I may also work in a hired studio space. When I’m not working, I’m usually outside enjoying all the Sunshine Coast has to offer, with its near perfect weather all year round. I’ve been a local here since 2019 after having lived in Sydney NSW for the majority of my life. I’m also big foodie and love to lead an active lifestyle, regularly training for 1/2 marathon races and lifting weights at the gym. I was even an Ironman triathlete back in the day.
